TL;DR: Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. After 7 days, prorated refund for the remaining period. Cancel anytime.
The free plan requires no payment and therefore no refund policy applies.
If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription or any renewal payment. No questions asked.
After the 7-day window, you may still cancel your subscription at any time. We will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, calculated from the date of your cancellation request.
To request a refund, contact us at billing@supports.chat with your account email and PayPal transaction ID. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via PayPal.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan.
If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, affected Pro users will receive a credit equivalent to the downtime period, applied to their next billing cycle.
If you file a chargeback with PayPal without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we're committed to resolving any issues fairly.
