By accessing or using supports.chat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Supports.chat provides an AI-powered chat widget that website owners can embed on their websites. The widget uses third-party AI language models to answer visitor questions based on a knowledge base provided by the website owner.
You may sign in using Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service offers a free tier with limited usage (50 questions per day) and a paid "Pro" plan with expanded features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) distribute spam, malware, or harmful content through the widget; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API; (d) use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent customer responses; (e) reverse-engineer the Service's proprietary systems.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content in your supports-chat.json knowledge base file. The AI generates responses based on this data; we are not liable for inaccurate or misleading responses resulting from incorrect knowledge base entries.
The Service uses third-party AI language models via secure API connections. These models may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
The supports.chat widget code, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property. Your knowledge base content remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your knowledge base content solely for the purpose of generating AI responses.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
